The lady is very rude, she doesn't want you to arrive 1 min late, she doesn't allow you to wait inside, nothing kind to the new clients. This owner has obviously no knowledge on how to run a business at all. She's completely rude and unprofessional. I've been wanting to leave this review since the first I time tried getting my nails do I guess they go off appointments only which is fine if that was clarified, after trying to leave when clearly my friend wasn't going to be serviced I was leaving my review and got blocked in!
